At PRP Seats, we stand behind the quality of our off-road products and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, uninstalled condition. Please note that custom-built seats and personalized items are non-returnable due to their unique manufacturing specifications.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or use our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the box, and ship them back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Our team will inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, and once verified, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
